American Bald Eagle

7' x 6' x 4'

 

This sculpture includes the granite stone. The stone, quarried from Rockport Ma, was drilled and the tree was "pinned" into the rock. The tree, made of many small pieces of bronze provides a place for this eagle to perch.

The goal for this piece was to create a symbol of power and authority.
His eyes say it all.
